Do you take the time to look out your window? and what do you often see? Imagine its beauty that God has given us, another day of richness in our lives to see. Do you sometimes question where you are in your life today? Where you are going? To be honest, I never knew where I was going in my life while I was living in Los Angeles,Ca. However, I can tell you I lived in destitute; trying to be a prize fighter in order to get out of the mess I was in.
During those times of experiencing pain, confusion and stressed out in the big city. I was living in buildings during the 1992 Rodney King riot which was eighteen years ago remembering the looting, arson and the smell of violence and destruction in the air that was getting nearby the place of business that I was living and training in as a martial artist. I was sleeping on floors during the 1994 OJ Simpson chase watching the helicopters go by over head in search of their suspect, hearing of the sirens. “you guys remember that?” I was not far away from the Interstate 405 in Los Angeles, Calif. All we could do is watch everything on television.
To let you know, I’ve struggled through rejection and I know we all have been through it. In 1995 this was the year I crossed trained from martial arts to boxing, I’ve lived in my vehicle until it was towed away, I’ve tried to understand my life’s situation and couldn’t. To actually appreciate life, we’ve got to appreciate death and we all know that death and destruction exist in this world. I’ve worked as a mortician aid “undertaker” placing toe tags and zipping up body bags each day and being on call twenty-four hours a day takes alot out of you. I’ve seen death in many fashion and creep along in gang territory. As a mortician we are sometimes struck with positive and negative spirit, knowing the body does not move, it’s without pulse of life. Whatever that person was he or she was, is no longer there. They are not their bodies when they pass on. So, do we know what life is yet? Do we understand life? Today I can say I am bless to be alive and life gave me good and bad experiences and some I am ashamed of, but thats okay! The more I love myself, the more I love others.

Traumatic Brain Injury and the Bully
Hi, and welcome back to Second Chance to Live. I am glad to see you decided to stop by and visit with me. As a traumatic brain injury survivor I struggle with a sense of inadequacy at times. At times I listen to messages that seem to challenge me for not being more than I am today. I am encouraged to be more, but for some reason I simply do not believe I can be more. Innuendos of shame in these messages trigger the notion that I am not enough, I don’t do enough and that I am unlovable. Unconsciously shame seeks to discredit my desire to succeed in life through minimizing my best efforts. Please read my post, Whose Shame are you Carrying?
Shame seeks to keep me distracted by a faulty notion so that I will not achieve my creative potential.
As a person with an invisible disability, I allowed the message of shame to bully me for many years. The shame bully controlled and manipulated my every move. Shame told me that my good was never good enough. Although I attempted to appease the bully, I seldom believed that my good was ever good enough. Consequently my self-esteem, self-worth and self-image were constantly undermined. In my struggle to prevent the bully from attacking my value as a person, I expended huge amounts of emotional, physical and spiritual resources.
Through my process of healing from the effects of shame I found that the voice of perfectionism – your good is never good enough — to be a cruel taskmaster. My ability to heal and grow emotionally, spiritually and physically was stymied by the demands of unrealistic expectations. Over time I recognized that my internal energy was being diverted away from developing my creative capacity in order to avoid being attacked by the bully. Through recognizing how shame was draining my life I was motivated to look for solutions. These solutions enabled me to slowly heal on a spiritual, emotional and physical level.
In my experience, I had to begin healing from the affects of shame before I could hope to live life on life’s terms. As I mentioned above, I still am susceptible to the message that shame wants to exploit. The good news is that I no longer need to be held hostage by the bully. I no longer need to internalize the lie that I am not enough. Through accepting that my circumstances are not meant to keep me down, I am encouraged to look for solutions. Although shame may want to bully me I no longer need to pay attention to its taunts. I am released from the grasp of the bully through learning to be empowered through my circumstances, experiences and opportunities.
Note:
Guilt is different than shame. If you made a mistake you can make an amends and thus resolve guilt. Shame on the other hand is a being wound which leads the person to believe that they just don’t make mistakes, but that they are a mistake. The tendency to over achieve and develop a sense of grandiosity or to under achieve and develop a sense of helplessness is often a response observed in people who have been bullied by shame. Being bullied by shame can lead to a learned helplessness, which in turn undermines the individual’s potential to pursue their destiny.

Surviving a major TBI, coma, and relearning life ALL OVER!
Living our lives, well we REALLY DON’T KNOW what’s on the other side… People might think, as I did, but the other side could mean changing your life forever….. What do I mean by this? Picture yourself waking up, going to work, during that time you have a small accident (and not thinking much of it), continue working, being finished you go home, now its evening and friends are calling you to go out, your mind is not set on going out because of you having a headache, going to sleep, and so on for three and a half more days until you DON’T WAKE UP….
I just turned 21 years old and thinking that nothing was going to stop me! I was now a real adult…and had the I.D. to prove it. But, as soon as I turned 21 a few days later, my life changed forever. I experienced a major blood clot in my head, that was slowly entering into my brain from that small accident. The reason for the accident was because I fell ONLY about four feet and hit the ground (dirt and grass). Now, me being into sports, THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS THINKING THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN…
The last few hours at home sleeping, I fell into a coma. I experienced a Subdural Hematoma. I was rushed to the hospital and after two brain surgery’s (the 2nd one was because my brain started to swell) I continued to lay in a coma. Thanking God, after two and a half weeks I was able to come out of the coma, BUT HAD TO RELEARN EVERYTHING OVER AGAIN…
After losing my job when I was 38 yrs old because of the school closing, I decided to finish what I started a few years earlier! I once wrote this amazing outline of a book about my life. After finding it, I simply added more words and pictures. The book is called, “MY MIRACLE.” It is about my whole life, up to this point. It talks about roads we take, decisions we make, how you communicate with a loved one going through this change, friends, family, relationships, college, work, God, and SO MUCH MORE.
The book “My Miracle” can be seen on http://SharingMiracles.net. I built this website when my book became live, so people all over the world could join in on discussions about life experiences or miracles. SharingMiracles.net is a very cool website because it talks about life and the music is awesome… Please, if you get a chance check it out.
It also can be seen on other websites. I have heard from people all over the world about their lives and how much the book has helped them. They are going or have been through some major changes in their lives that involved and came from accidents. “My Miracle” has given HOPE, UNDERSTANDING, and ALLOWED THEM TO SEE THROUGH MY EYES…

Keep Your Brain Alive – 83 Neurobic Exercises to help prevent memory loss and increase mental fitness
Neurobics? What’s that? Never heard of it before now. Neurobics is an exercise program to help you maintain a continuing level of mental Fitness, strength, and flexibility as you get older. This program calls for “presenting the brain with non-routine or unexpected experiences using various combinations of your physical senses – vision, smell, taste, touch, and hearing – as well as your emotional ‘sense’.” In other words, Neurobics activates different areas of the brain and makes the brain more agile and flexible, so that it will be ready to take on any mental challenge.
Since Neurobics is based on how the brain works, the exercises take information from the five senses to enhance the brain’s natural association between them. For example, we’ve all said, “It’s nice to put a name with a face,” when we’ve met someone for the first time with whom we’ve talked on the phone. This emphasizes two of our senses identifying a person: vision and hearing. To add touch and smell to associating a person’s name with a visual, remember how his hand felt when you shook it, or how he/she smelled if they were wearing cologne/perfume. Since you are now using other ways to remember information (names) and strengthening the number of ways to remember (sight, touch, smell, hearing), the better chances of remembering names, solving a problem, or meeting a challenge are increased because your brain has more pathways available to retrieve the information in the future. Make sense?

Neurobics – Associations and How Our Brain Learns
Associations are how we represent people, places, things, events, etc. when our brain decides to store that information for later. As I mentioned in a previous article on Neurobics, many of us enjoy putting a name with a face and voice that we may hear on the other end of the phone. This emphasizes two of our senses in identifying a person: vision and hearing. The brain takes these two senses (or more if you shake the person’s hand – touch) and links them to form the association. Pavlov’s dog is a perfect example of ringing a bell being associated with being ready to eat food.
Once associations are formed in your brain, they take up residence in your long-term memory. Because each memory could be represented in different areas of your brain, the more associations, or networks, the more your brain is sheltered in losing the memory’s representation. Now, there is hope for those folks who are in their 40’s and 50’s. The brain is near or at its peak performance at this age. Building your associations using strategies of different senses helps protect us from losing our “processing power” later in life. As the book, “Keep Your Brain Alive” states, the “larger your ‘safety net’, the better your chances of solving a problem or meeting a challenge are” because you simply have more connections available to reach a solution.

Hey! I just want to thank you for dropping by. Lately, I have had several guest bloggers share their awesome articles and stories on traumatic brain injuries.
My interest in sharing with you my story is to give you a mental picture how a person with a traumatic brain injury can be misunderstood or not give a shit about. I’m going to be real here, because I am a “traumatic brain survivor,” with an invisible disability.
Once my boxing career ended, I knew one day I would be on my own as a self advocacy and practicing advocacy skills will increase my chance of getting what I want by avoiding problems in public and private settings – “EMPOWERMENT.”

Brain Region Volume and Criminality?
This article was written by Dr Arlene Taylor PhD, known to be one of the world’s leading speakers on brain function, is also sometimes referred to as the brain guru.
Studies by Adrian Raine, University of Pennsylvania, suggest a connection between reduced amygdala function at age three and possible later criminal activity. As an aside:
Adult psychopaths appear to have an 18% reduction of the volume of the amygdala compared with non-psychopaths.
The orbital frontal cortex tends to be associated with being antisocial when its volume is smaller; as a group, men have a smaller orbital frontal cortex than women, which may help explain why men as a whole tend to commit more crimes than women.

I love being athletic, I have always been active in my life. Now that I’ve retired from professional boxing years ago, I realize now how important it is to keep up with your health. So, it’s time to get off my lazy medicated ass and do something about self.
I don’t know about you, but I’m talking about looking healthy at 47 years old, be strong and feel good about myself. There’s nothing better than getting up and preparing your mind and body for a great start of fuel and head out the door for the gym and work that body!
Motivation is the most important part to keep you going and I do know fitness and staying in shape is a “lifestyle.” I am so motivated that it is a MUST to get a camera and record results of transformation.

Nim “Iron” Kim, the mental and physical discipline is still with me today, nothing is lost, so I do appreciate in what I have accomplish.
I will share with you that mental development is vital in learning to control your knowledge. Because anybody can kick, anybody can punch; that’s easy to do! Using concentration and the willingness to challenge and better you, sometimes you are more likely to strike out or lose patience when angry than when you are calm and self – assured.
Maybe you want entertainment and no time for responsibilities of disciplines, or you have to make use of assets, strengths and resources; you have to know you are in charge of your life and can make different choices for positive steps. You know what I am saying?
Only through diversity of opinion is there, in the existing state of human intellect, a chance of fair play to all sides of the truth. Perhaps you recognized the necessity to the mental well – being of mankind of freedom of opinion, and freedom of the expression reclaiming femininity of opinion.
The process of change can be tough, so many options in life and you got to change the way you think. It’s time for “self – trust” there is no time for self – pity. It’s important to remain honest with yourself and choose a new behavior pattern to improve your performance.

Accept Help With Grace
Our lord is not a vengeful god. He doesn’t punish us for things we did by giving us trials and disabilities. He is there for us and will send help if we ask and if we believe. A strong woman gives her cares to the lord. He does not give us more than we can handle.
If you have a disability that people can’t see, as I do, remember to ask for help when you need it. If people can’t see our disabilities they may not know we need help. You may think they should know and offer help without being asked but that can be a false assumption. Too often we think being strong means we should suffer silently or struggle with our disability when a truly strong and wise woman knows when to ask for help. There is no dishonor or shame in asking for help when you truly need it. Pride is a curse.
Help can come in so many ways. It can be somebody to talk to, someone to help us understand a problem, someone to transport us somewhere or even someone to give us something to eat. I know that sometimes the best help is someone who can make me laugh, someone who gives me their time and attention. People will care; do care if we let them into our lives.
Everyone has limitations, of the mind of the spirit, of the flesh. And everyone has strengths. Time can change your limitations and strengths. Yes you should still strive to help yourself, to push yourself to do better, to train the body and the mind. But the truly wise woman understands what limits and strengths her body has at any moment in time and isn’t afraid of exposing them.
And when you get help accept it graciously. For some of us who have always been strong, it’s hard to accept help. Most people feel good when they do something to help so do not feel as if you are a burden. It can take time to learn it’s alright to accept help. I know that I struggle still when people help me; I have to resist the sin of pride and accept that God is sending me his grace.
Because the act of helping someone feels good, don’t hesitate to offer your help when it’s needed too. Yes, all of us can help, even if we need help sometimes ourselves. The strongest still need help from the weakest at times.

Mental Case
Is this the time to see the symptoms of the ultimate reality of “false mask society” of the high risk cold blooded confused self? I can be destructive and what can you do about it? Do you really think you can intervene before the outcome? Let me say; you are a vulnerable human being. Have you been misunderstood? What is this that you have missed?
As J.Krishnamurti put it: “If I am greedy, envious, violent, merely having an ideal of nonviolence, of non-greed, is of little value. But to know that one is greedy or violent, to know and understand it, requires an extraordinary perception, does it not? It demands honesty, clarity of thought, whereas to pursue an ideal away from what is an escape; it prevents you from discovering and acting directly upon what you are.”
I will share my experience with you to only let you know that I am the problem and not the world. You see, for a minute I was one that became antisocial after my boxing career was over and dementia pugilistic had set in. The personality I created was unknown to me and I had blamed others for everything I did. I was irresponsible, manipulative, and very impulsive and alcoholism took over. It took understanding and perseverance to understand myself, hoping to understand society and how it works.
Yes! I had to get myself in order and not allow anyone to transform me into something I didn’t want to be. At one time or another I had that low level risk of “psychotic” break. Sometimes you see no empathy! You see no remorse! So you see an antisocial one in violation engaged in your society. They continue to lie, steal, kill, and of course you become the victim. Are you mad at the system? Or perhaps are you mad at yourself?
Look, you live a non criminal and non psychopath lifestyle, you have the cognitive and effective duties each day.
Cold blood violence in your society today and unfortunately ego, selfishness, lack of empathy gets in the way of the innocence because of the psychopath’s violations. My experience as a former correctional officer, I do understand the “false mask society” cold blooded confused self.
There are a lot of people whom are innocent, vulnerable in their community and yet are sitting on a dangerous area of trust, honesty, love and find themselves in “false mask society” very much so powerful.
How should you think? Are you the one with the mask on your face? Look at yourself this very second, are you? Are you loyal to that mask you wear today? Is it because you have no choice but to put a mask on your face each day to walk out into society? Have you ever removed your mask and actually taken a good look at yourself. NO! To look at the real YOU in your mirror? I say no more.

Coach

The Mind of The Tiger Lady is back! It is the 29th day of March 2012, 2300 hrs. To tell you, it took me awhile to come back and turning the wheel does take time. As we all “know” you need to work at it and sometimes it gets painful and disgusting to go deep and find who you really were at one time or another.
Coach or a Sensei is such an important title. I’ve been thinking this evening of all the empty excuses I’ve made to Coach and Sensei. It might have been completely out of line, very calloused and wrong doing. I was young and soft in the head at the time. Madness and unbalanced!
Do you remember your time with your Coach or Sensei? Things were drilled in me, not only by my coach or sensei - but the woman that raised me, my great grandmother was the true disciplinarian that molded me to be the woman I am today. Lately, I’ve been looking back at what I’ve been taught in the home, with coach and sensei and what I’ve missed from my mistakes in life.
You see, what’s been taught to you, your teacher see that you’ve made a mistake in your life along the way, praying and hoping you will get your life back in order. To tell you, I use to be all over the map zigzagging across trying to find my true path. Being taught not to go by your true feelings or emotions and yet be aware of your purpose; at that time it felt too pleasant and not correct, and yet must know true – right and correct.
This to be harsh, but was taught. Now I must use the same method today knowing I have “invisible disability” that no one would ever understand. All I can say is we all have a coach! A coach or sensei that you can trust, knowing coach or sensei is not teaching you to be dishonest with your own growth and blaming others for your wrong doings.
Coach or Sensei can see you make the mistakes in your life along the way, praying to God you will get your life back in order, be able to get used to the new self, knowing the old self has gone. It’s time to help the next young generations to understand the true discipline and commitment of what it’s like to be strong mentally and physically to the fullest, and not be selfish and to concerned about wanting to look good or be liked.
There comes a time in your life that coach or sensei steps in to not traumatize you with their discipline ways but only to show their patience and encourage you, not procrastinate on your journey. Most importantly about this; coach or sensei allows you to make up your mind, coach or sensei want force you at all – not today.
While on this journey you are to travel on, look for the warning sign of those who claims to know it all. Just remember your coach and sensei has given you the tools to train daily and always be in training and know you are different from society; because you really are.
In the Roget dictionary “Coach is a trainer, instructor, mentor, teacher, tutor, athletic coach. In the Merriam Webster dictionary “Coach is to instruct, direct, or prompt as a coach, a private tutor, one who instructs or trains.
A Sensei or Martial Art instructor is physical, mental and spiritual leader by example and must be well versed in all they do and say. Sensei is a special human and his or her influence on an individual, particularly a child can be tremendous. Sensei strives to mold you as a unit in courtesy, honesty, discipline, respect, physical and mental competency.
With the deepest gratitude I wish to thank every coach, martial art instructors, and every human being who have come into my life to inspire me, encourage me with their presence and the sharing of their wisdom, love and support. You were the sword that saw the weakness within me. There is nothing left to say.

Women in position of ringside

Good evening! The Tiger Lady is back and it’s the 04th day of March 2012. I have been away, but I am here with you. I decided to update “Women in position of ringside.” I feel it’s important for everyone to understand what it’s like “Why women are in the ring.” It is such a powerful feeling! It is a learning lesson and she grows from it.
She dreams and inspired by other women boxers who continues to strive and maintain a high level of self motivation, the willingness to persevere with her training, as a boxer she endures discomfort and stress out with the sacrifices of her time and energy.
The love and the passion grow and the fire inside her is strong! This is an important desire for women boxers who wants to meet success. Women boxers train daily, mentally and physically conditioned, spiritual strength and of course emotional control. She trains to improve herself and she knows no one can ever take that away from her. She stays focused on the main points and reaches a conclusion with a good understanding of what Coach is saying to her.
Flurries of jabs, right cross, uppercuts, left hook, jab, jab on a man’s body inside the square ring with no other choice but to spar him to prepare for her big fight. What more can she do, but to listen to her trainer yell “get up on your toes!” “Don’t stand flat footed” Old school trainer yelling! What more can you do in a man’s domain? She walks away, her head up high with her battered body by devoting herself in training each day and night, taking demands from men who knows or suppose to know the true art of sweet science. Is it fame she is looking for? Is she being misguided by her sense of pride?
She can easily destroy herself, including her family; I know, I was a female prize fighter and destruction follows with you. It’s always good to be honest with yourself, honest in your training and in business.

Subconscious
The mind of the Tiger Lady is back! It is Friday morning January 27, 2012, updating “subconscious.”
Believing you can make different choices based on new understandings, new possibilities for taking positive steps to change your life for the better.
You know what? Champions are made! Once programmed in, it’s there for good. You tell yourself you are good, you tell yourself you are bad. Good or bad is your choice today. It is self – awareness and of course you have to put in the effort. How far can you go? I almost forgot to tell you, that you can be disciplined, self- confidence, and why not let God guide your life?
AFFIRMATION AND THE BRAIN: the subconscious is highly receptive to simple, positive statements. Mental states are particularly susceptible to affirmation. (Stine, Jean Marie. Double your brain power. NJ: Prentice Hall, 1997, p50)
Go ahead and challenge the self defeating cognition and make use of the resources and strengths just to be on top again. You must begin to feel that you can create a new life for yourself and not remain the victim of circumstances.
You can then appreciate that you did develop yourself mentally and physically to use full concentration to specific goals and to single – mindly continue until you accomplish whatever it is you set your mind to.

In position

The mind of the Tiger Lady is back! It is Thursday night January 26, 2012 and updating “In position.”
Do you think you are in control and in position of “patience?” Better yet, can you wait and not be tired of waiting? Let me share my walk with you, always in a “fighting mode” fight to do what’s right in my life! I’ve become adaptable and had to do some bobbing and weaving along the way to come out clean and be in position.
So, tell me this; why should you and I or anyone else be in position of drunkenness or uncleanliness or just incapable of conduct in society. Is this the life of perception? Maybe it’s good to be in position of pleasure and let the pain go instead.
Destruction and defectiveness destroys the position of strength and power that you and I created. Oh, almost forgot; you need no policies, nor skill in deception. Truth is very powerful! It can make you victorious in position of strength. Are you skeptical in what I am saying here?
Okay! Okay! There is a real ethical problem in society today, rather you agree or disagree with me. Be in position of obedience and discipline! It’s best to take care of yourself, enjoy the journey because everything is subject to change. Soaring high with the Tiger Lady 2012!

Attitude

Mind of the Tiger Lady is back! It is Thursday January 26, 2012 and updating “Attitude.” I have an attitude today! Do you have an attitude? Let’s see; there is the good, the bad, and the ugly, very much the unknown situations arise in every human being’s life. Do you agree? I am guessing you’ve been down before and ready to come back up to meet life’s new challenges. Whatever that might be?
Are you and I sabotaging the plans and goals that are set this New Year 2012? Look, this new month of January 2012 is ending! Have you given yourself a basic attitude adjustment to at least cooperate with yourself? Maybe it’s time for a strategy for a more desirable self. You know what I am saying? You are worthy! There is no time to judge yourself or others.
You and I know that harsh words and opinions in society are painful and you stand in defense, such an attitude in deed, owning up to the truth about the system, existing condition with families and neighborhoods, political reasons and it goes on.
You feel you are being mistreated, even viciously! Perhaps being criticize of your own ideas, so you hurt, feel angry, most of all embarrassed. To tell you what I know for sure, it is not good to offend human beings. Even though, we refuse to cooperate, always in a cold silence! What the hell!?
Can you handle the pressure that you put yourself in? Maybe it’s time to take your first step with a deadline, reaching new levels of strength and work with the “unwanted” self for awhile and be real with that true attitude, that’s what you need to do. Let’s do this and have a strong attitude about it.

True -Right – Correct

Mind of the Tiger Lady is back! I’ve decided to update a strong content that means a lot to me and possible to you that is maybe “old school” like me. Actually it’s “True, Right and correct.” You know what I might be talking about here? Obedience! Discipline!
I first learned true discipline and obedience from my great grandmother in the home and you know and I know growing up in a strict home back then, we had to comply with the house rules and obey your adults. “Show your manners!”
The martial arts discipline was a way of living, I wanted to be more of a “human being” and “not” just a “person.” You know what I am saying here? As a human I believe that you can forget self and serve others in love. I tell you I’ve been wrong before and knocked down a few times. You made many wrong choices in your life; everything is subject to change right? Look at us! Look at society today! Good or bad is our choice. You are more likely to strike out or lose patience when angry or afraid than when you are calm and self-assured.
Breaking old thought patterns takes a commitment and discipline, everything changes!

Self
The mind of the Tiger Lady is back and it is Saturday night January 21, 2012 updating “Self.”
As I learn to give up control and in the beginning to accept change by trusting myself and accepting others as they are, I now see what I can do. I tell you I don’t need to depend on anyone! But I do know the Lord is merciful and gracious, he fills my life with good things. I am beginning to understand that my attitude can change my life, I decide what matters to me! Do you feel right with you?
You can actually see your confidence in your life and your future increases, knowing that you are working in your own way. You have nothing to fear, do you? Let me share with you; as I begin to feel better about myself, little by little I am now exposing myself to everyone and to new surroundings, new friends. So, you will need to love you and accept you and decide how you feel about YOU! Something to strive for this year.
This new development of a stronger self of “self – acceptance” allows you to experience a much more comfortable life, by seeing your strengths as well as your limitations, becoming more willing to take risk. What do you think? It is an attempt to face life’s challenges so you can survive.
Maybe, it’s time to be more aware of where you are going in your life, if you sincerely want to change. The only thing you have to remember; you are nothing, that it is God or your Higher Being within who does the work.

To Know
Dear Readers,
This is the Tiger Lady here and it is Sunday January 15, 2012. You have my whole hearted thanks for the strong warmth interest in my website/blog post the past two years I believe I’ve had it up.
I am very pleased that the enjoyment I derived from writing them was really contagion. I tell you, nothing quite equals the excitement one experiences when learning how to write, blog and putting words together especially when someone like me has a brain injury; what they call “Dementia Pugilistic” or “Punch Drunk.” However I do walk around with an “invisible disability,” no one would ever understand.
So, I realize changing your attitude can change your life in every way, and with the right attitude you can change your life. So, I do my best and you can too. I believe you and I equal the same delight of creating and the pursuit of fulfillment if anyone is reading it.
Of course, this is my fulfillment; I usually get a question like: “Is this a paid theme?” No.
I started blogging when I took control of my life, actually saving me from the wreckage that usually destroys you. You know what I am saying?
God help me, I feel it’s my fault! O God I need to understand. Have you ever been in a situation where you blamed yourself?

Women’s Strength
The mind of the Tiger Lady is back! It is Saturday night January 14, 2012 and I have nothing better to do but to update “Women’s Strength.”
Has today been a great day for you, new beginnings, new goals and New Year’s resolutions? Staying with the plans?
As women in position of strength you find yourself neglected, frustrated, and even tired! You lose track of your personal goals, plans, dreams and you don’t even cry out for help until it’s too late.
I’ve been there. Where I’ve lost track of everything! You sometimes become aware of your strength and there are some of us forget we torture and imprison ourselves that we destroy and drive ourselves into deep depression, such a life we live. A feeling of powerlessness and afraid, somehow you know what you can do by acting as if you are strong, you will be surprise of moving forward with power! Having that courage to see yourself change into a strong wise woman filled with strength and confidence.
When you are expressing your emotions in an outburst and it relieves this inner tension in you and yet it leaves you feeling so exhausted, it’s a time to think that your emotions should not take control of you. All I know today that God is so GREAT! Nobody knows you well as God does. You are a worthwhile and capable woman! It is the time to trust yourself and admire your inner beauty.
