A New Chapter: This is a chance to share myself to the world regardless of what others think, I'm willing to be the unique expression after professional boxing and traumatic brain injury survivor.I have freedom to live my life and forget the mistakes of the past and press on. Can you relate?
The mind of the Tiger Lady is back! It is Friday morning January 27, 2012, updating “subconscious.”
Believing you can make different choices based on new understandings, new possibilities for taking positive steps to change your life for the better.
You know what? Champions are made! Once programmed in, it’s there for good. You tell yourself you are good, you tell yourself you are bad. Good or bad is your choice today. It is self – awareness and of course you have to put in the effort. How far can you go? I almost forgot to tell you, that you can be disciplined, self- confidence, and why not let God guide your life?
AFFIRMATION AND THE BRAIN: the subconscious is highly receptive to simple, positive statements. Mental states are particularly susceptible to affirmation. (Stine, Jean Marie. Double your brain power. NJ: Prentice Hall, 1997, p50)
Go ahead and challenge the self defeating cognition and make use of the resources and strengths just to be on top again. You must begin to feel that you can create a new life for yourself and not remain the victim of circumstances.
You can then appreciate that you did develop yourself mentally and physically to use full concentration to specific goals and to single – mindly continue until you accomplish whatever it is you set your mind to.
It is your desire to grow, make a place for yourself and continue to learn new skills and see a sign of maturity. I believe its okay to feel awesome! No matter who you are, you must take care of yourself.
For the pain and all the effects of a neglected mind and body recognizes no amount of wealth, position or age. You have to earn for yourself your mental and physical health. Soaring high with the Tiger Lady 2012!
